2. Email the individual directly from Rentsooner.com by clicking 'contact now' on the property's detail page.
3. Email the individual later, at your convenience.

How do I add listings to my favorites list?
On all rental listings pages on Rentsooner there is an add to favorites lists in the top right corner of the page. You can add listings using this functionality.

How do I list with Rentsooner.com?
To list with Rentsooner.com, simply go to list a property to create an account. This will take you approximately 1 minute and your property will be approved within 24 hours. From there, you can add all your amenities and add units to your property if it is a multi-unit apartment.

How do I sign into my account on Rentsooner.com?
To sign into your Rentsooner.com account, simply click 'Sign In' on the Rentsooner.com home page. You'll be asked to submit your email address and your Rentsooner.com password and then you'll arrive at your personalized Rentsooner.com home page where you can manage your listings and personal information.

How do I add a unit to my property listing?
You must have a multi-unit listing in order to add units to your property listings.

Is Rentsooner.com a Property Management Company?
No. Rentsooner.com is a Vancouver rental advertising website. Zero of the homes for rent posted on the website are owned or managed by Rentsooner.com.

What is a Multi-Unit Listing
A Multi-Unit Listing (MUL), is a listing created for a rental property at a single address that has more than one suite available for rent. Examples include: apartment block, Up and Down suites, house and garage, etc. These types of properties can be posted as MUL's and each suite can be categorized in unique search criteria.

Do I have to Add Photos as Soon as I Post My Listing?
No. Photos of your Vancouver and area rental can be added and updated at anytime while your listing is active.

Do Interior Photos Help?
Yes! Interior photos definitely help. The More Photos the Better!Put yourself in a renters shoes? Would you rather look at property with or without photos?

Can I Edit My Property Listing?
Yes. Your listing can be updated anytime - 24/7, by logging into your Rentsooner.com account.

Can I reactivate a previous listing?
Yes. Rentsooner.com archives your listing data AND photos. The listing is NOT deleted. If you need to run the same ad again, please login to your Rentsooner.com account and update the listing information (ie. New availability date, change in rent, etc). Listings will go active again once payment has been made (online, or over the phone).
